Here’s a lil transformation for your Tuesday… throwing way way back to about 4-5yrs ago when I just first got into lifting as you can see if you ➡️ swipe I was veryyy skinny I only lifted weights for leg day *very minimal* as you can see and I did a SHIT ton of cardio due to the fact that I played soccer I was about 100lbs on my best days 102lbs I remember it being difficult to gain weight it also didn’t help that I ate like a bird my dad always said that to me growing up… but this is me currently I’m 40lbs heavier weighing at 140lbs I lift weights consistently actually using heavy weight that challenges me and I RARELY do cardio… I absolutely love the way I look today and it’s crazy to think I was a size 0 in jeans back then I couldn’t imagine fitting into those now lol… I’m SOOO PROUD of my progress/journey I’m 4.5 years into it and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon… just remember good things take time you can’t rush results it’s taken me 4 YEARS to look like this…be patient and be consistent I promise results will come! @gymshark @gymsharkwomen _______________________________________________________ #gymshark #gymsharkwomen #transformationtuesday #selflove #loveyourself #bodypositive #fitfam #belfie #booty? #gymmotivation #bootygains #confidence #fitspiration #fitspo #mindovermatter #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gymgirl #fitgirl #fitthick #fitnessjourney #gains #liftingweights #legworkout #squats #bootyfordays #girlswholift #gymsharkspotted #instafit #workout
